Meet Kenzie, the owner, founder, and lead instructor of Hands on Hearts. Double certified in CPR and First Aid by the American Heart Association and American Red Cross, Kenzie is dedicated to providing top-quality training for businesses and families.
My Story
"My passion for emergency medicine started in 2018 when I became an EMT, gaining hands-on experience in life-saving care. I went on to earn my Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology from the University of Michigan in 2020, deepening my understanding of human anatomy and the medical field.
After graduating, I joined the U.S. Army in 2021, where I further honed my skills in high-pressure environments and developed a strong commitment to preparedness and training. My time in both emergency medicine and the military reinforced the importance of CPR and First Aid knowledge—not just for professionals, but for everyone.
That’s why I founded Hands on Hearts, LLC. My mission is to empower businesses, families, and individuals with the skills and confidence to act in an emergency. Because when every second counts, being prepared can save a life."
